Following on from last week’s tele-seminar about attracting intimacy, this dialog between Arjuna Ardagh and Siona van Dijk will focus on what allows intimate relationship to become a reflection of our hearts’ deepest realization.

Most of the habits we carry from our parents and our ancestors support separation. It is a genetic inheritance: a feeling of a ‘you’ and ‘me’ as separate from one another. The habits we’ve inherited from countless generations lead us toward withholding, judgment, blame and manipulation. We saw our parents doing it, our teachers doing it, our family doing it, and now, to our horror, we see ourselves involved in these habits as well.

At the same time, many of us are relaxing into a deeper dimension of ourselves where we find no limits. In glimpses we discover our true nature to be silent, still, at peace, without boundaries and without problems. How can the heart’s deepest realization be lived in intimate relationship?

Arjuna Ardagh is the founder of the Awakening Coaching Training and the Living Essence Foundation. He is the author of seven books, including the 2005 #1 bestseller: The Translucent Revolution. He has been training facilitators of awakening since 1995 in more than 18 countries, and has been a speaker at many international conferences on business and consciousness.

Siona van Dijk is the Director of Gaia Community, an online network of nearly 300,000 spiritual seekers, visionaries, and others committed to living lives of purpose and contributing to a positive future. Additionally, she's the co-founder of Gaia Soulmates, a dating site for singles interested in finding meaningful and mutually-supportive relationships. A graduate of the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, Siona's background also includes training in community building, facilitation, and bereavement counseling. She makes her home in Boulder, Colorado.
