Q: When I tried to register I got this error message:
Whoops! It looks like we discovered an error in your register request.
A: If you get this message, go back to the register page by hitting the back button. Be sure to put in your accurate e-mail address free of typos. Without this you will be sent to the error page.
Q: I signed up for the tele-seminar, but no confirmation e-mail has come yet!
A: There are two reasons why this can happen. Either you accidentally entered the wrong e-mail when registering, or our e-mail was placed into your spam box by your mail server. The e mail came from seminars [at] awakeningworldseminars.com (where the [at] is an @ sign). If all else fails try registering again, and reloading your mail several times. Sometimes there is a time delay of up to 20 minutes before our e-mail is received.
Q: I am trying to listen live, but the play button is not working OR the call in number is not working.
A: If you are having trouble with the call in number, then try listening via the web by pressing the triangle shaped play button. If you are having trouble with the web player, then try calling in on the phone instead. If all this fails, send us a message at:

A: If there is silence, please be patient. Sometimes there is a delay for Arjuna in getting on the call, which may result in a few minutes of silence. If the silence continues for more than a couple minutes, please e-mail us at:

Q: What is the difference between listening over the phone vs listening over the web?
A: Listening over the phone allows you to speak with Arjuna or the guest directly and ask your questions verbally while live on the tele-seminar. If you listen via the web, you can still ask your questions, but you must enter them into the questions area below the play box. If chosen, Arjuna will then read your question and answer it.
The advantage of being able to utilize both the phone and the web is if you have problems with one method, you have the ability to try the other.

RE-PLAY Tele-Seminar Questions
Q: How can I hear the re-play of a tele-seminar that I missed?
A: The directions for replaying Arjuna Ardagh's tele-seminars are simple!
If you ALREADY registered for the call and missed the live version, go back into the confirmation e-mail we sent you and click the link. This will take you directly to the re-play.
If you HAVE NOT registered or if you lost your registration confirmation e-mail, to listen to the replay you must register (or re-register). Simply go to www.awakeningworldseminars.com On this page click on “Previous Seminars.” Click the tele-seminar that interests you and you will be directed to register. Once you have entered in your accurate information, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with the link.
Q: I went to listen to the replay, and yet when I hit the play button nothing happens!
A: There could be a few reasons for this. Most of the time we have the replay up 24 hours after the event, although sometimes the re-play will take up to 48 hours to post. Be patient and check back again! You can tell if the re-play is up because the play box will say: “Listen to the replay here.” If it says, “To listen live by phone,” then the re-play is NOT up yet.
If the replay IS up and you still cannot get it to play, try switching internet browsers. If this does not work, try re-loading the page. Make sure the volume on your computer is turned up. If all this fails,
