Have you noticed that sometimes you have a terrific idea: which seems like it just can't fail? It might be a way to make millions of dollars, or to inspire millions of people, to end world hunger, or perhaps just to improve the way recycling happens in your local community.

And then have you ever noticed that despite your best efforts, despite trying to enroll the best people to help you, despite doing everything right, the whole enterprise just falls apart?

And maybe there are other times when you hardly do anything at all. You just have the faintest idea. Maybe you casually mention it to a friend, and everything falls into place very easily.

So what's the magic ingredient that causes everything to work without effort sometimes, and everything to be difficult and sticky at other times? People have different words for that. You could call it synchronicity, or being in tune, or being divinely inspired.

Many people have a name for that magical guest at the party. When she shows up, the greatest time is had by all, and it feels like play. If she's not there, everything sucks. Her name is Grace. The problem is, no one knows her phone number or email address.

There are ways to invoke grace, to bring your creativity more in tune with the natural flow of things.
